Welcome to legalcops.co.in (“legalcops”). legalcops provides services to you (“You”) subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using legalcops, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the User Agreement.
In addition, when using particular legalcops owned or operated services, you and legalcops shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the term of use. legalcops may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service. All of your personal information provided to legalcops, including email addresses, never published as part of the legalcops public database. Only the legalcops administrators have access, for purposes of Website administration only, to this information.
legalcops will not disclose this information to third parties without your permission, except in the following circumstances: (i) to protect ourselves from liability, or (ii) to respond to legal process or to otherwise comply with the law. With respect to certain information supplied by you, as explained further below, there will be a need for disclosure to Lawyers / Professionals when you have booked a paid consultation.
Modification to legalcops
legalcops reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, legalcops (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that legalcops shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of legalcops (or any part thereof).
legalcops may provide notice to you- the Consumer, by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you during registration, by a general notice on the legalcops.co.in Website. You may give notice to legalcops at any time via email to email@example.com
Waiver and Severability of Terms
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If you are Lawyer / Professional, participating in any aspect of this Website, you acknowledge that rules of professional conduct apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by such rules.
The rules include, but are not limited to, the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of your respective profession, and misrepresentations of fact. We disclaim all responsibility for your compliance with these rules.
The section titles in this agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Returns and Cancellation
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Services. If you are less than satisfied or believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject refund and cancellation immediately so that we can help you resolve the issue, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Services. Using legalcops website and App
All users must be eighteen years or older. In the case of minor Consumers (under eighteen (18 years), a parent or guardian must accept this Agreement and guide all consultations under the services offered.
The User takes full responsibility for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate. legalcops shall make no effort to validate any information provided by the Consumer for use in Services with respect to content, correctness or usability.
We with an intention to provide the best service possible could ask you to share more information as and when needed.
We may include certain communications from this website/app, such as service announcements, administrative messages, newsletters, and that these communications are considered part of our membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
You understand and agree that information provided on this website is for informational purpose only, and only the consultations, legal opinions and legal notice issued by our legal experts constitute legal advice.

External Attorneys are third-party independent contractors solely responsible for the advice they give, the services they provide and the representations about themselves they make.
You are solely responsible for assessing the quality, integrity, suitability and trustworthiness of all persons with whom you communicate regarding your legal needs.
Prior results (for example, positive testimonials from prior clients) do not guarantee a similar outcome. legalcops professional profiles and information that we make publicly available are provided for public information purposes, but are not intended to imply that legalcops can provide legal advice in all jurisdictions.
You agree to indemnify and hold legalcops and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, professional and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or otherwise make available through legalcops, your use of legalcops, your connection to legalcops, your violation of the term of use Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
The term of Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and legalcops and governs your use of legalcops, superseding any prior version of this Term of use Agreement between you and legalcops with respect to legalcops. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other legalcops services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
